Terms & Conditions for Workshop/Course Bookings
These terms and conditions govern all workshops, seminars and courses run by Caroline Howden, MCH Interiors of 4 Copper Beeches, Welwyn, Herts, AL6 0SS (the "Company"). Those booking and/or attending the course ("Attendee") should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.
Payment and course/workshop fee
Payment of the full course fee is required at time of booking in order to secure your place.
The course/workshop fee covers training, course materials and refreshments as specified during the day. The course fee does not cover transport or accommodation.
Cancellations
Refunds will not be given in any circumstances (except if the cancellation of the workshop or seminar is at the request of the Company), however, tickets can be resold and bookings can be transferred to another workshop or seminar to the same value, on a different date, if notice is given 4 weeks prior to the originally booked event. No transfers can be carried out within 4 weeks prior to the originally booked event.
The Company retains the right to cancel or alter the programme of the workshops, courses or seminars at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the Company a refund will be given to Delegates if another suitable date for the workshop, course or seminar cannot be agreed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights used, created or embodied in or arising out of or in connection with the workshops and/or seminars remains the exclusive property of the Company and the Delegate shall not during or at any time after the completion of the seminar dispute the ownership of such rights.
All materials and information (in whatever form) provided by the Company in connection with the seminar shall not be copied, distributed or be made available to third parties and shall be used only for the purpose for which they were provided.
The Delegate is, subject to the previous paragraph, entitled to keep for their own use any course materials that are issued to them.
Receipt of the Payment will confirm that you accept our terms and conditions. |
